We are able to provide our service for a cheap price because we purchase Spotify tokens as a wholesale. Basically making it much cheaper buying in bulk than purchasing the service one at a time.
2) How long does the process take to switch me from free to premium?

It can take anywhere from 24 - 48 hours or less depending on the situation.
3) What happens if I already have premium but I just called to cancel my premium subscription?

Sadly you will need to wait until the following month for the current subscription to expire.
4) Does this work on multiple accounts or is it just for one account?

Sadly it works ONLY for one account. You can't add your wife, your kids, etc.
5) Will I lose my playlists or saved music when I upgrade using your service?

No you will not lose any of your playlists or saved music.
